Mom computer hacks to increase child's grades

Can you believe this? Changing her child's grade from a 98 to a 99 in one case. She made over 100 grade changes over a period of time. Mother was a former employee of the school who at certain times used a co-workers log-in information to access the school's system.

What kind of example is this parent setting for her child? Do you think she is just providing the best possible for her child or committing a huge crime? Should be convicted by prosecutors?

I want to here from the parents out there. I am not a parent myself and I have to say this sounds really wrong.
